Are you allowing the patient's existing anatomy to dictate your surgery, or are you leading with a restorative-driven, 'optimally invasive' plan?
Join Dr. Bushra Imam as she walks through the clinical workflow to full-arch implant dentistry. This Virtual Clinic explores how to move beyond rigid, traditional models by utilizing high-fidelity digital planning and site-specific surgery. This approach focuses on being as conservative as possible while remaining as invasive as necessary to ensure long-term prosthetic success. Attendees will gain practical insights into balancing biomechanical requirements with biological preservation, ensuring predictable esthetics and superior stability through a precision-driven surgical and restorative protocol.
Course Objectives
-
Learn the principles to achieve a balance between conservative surgery and prosthetic longevity.
-
Understand how to leverage advanced digital diagnostics to create a facially-driven treatment plan before the first incision is made.
-
Discover how to utilize stackable surgical guides to achieve high-level precision in implant depth, tilt, and multi-unit abutment orientation.
-
Review strategic techniques for managing hard and soft tissue to enhance the biological foundation for the final restoration.
- See how biomechanical optimization and proper load distribution are used to support long-term success and prevent peri-implant complications.
